How do I create an account?

You can create an account during checkout by providing your email address and creating a password. Having an account allows you to track orders, save your favourite items, and makes future shopping even merrier!

Where do you deliver?

From our Tasmanian home, we deliver Christmas joy worldwide! We ship to most countries, though we’re unable to deliver to some Asian destinations and remote areas where delivery services are limited. If you have questions about your specific location, please contact our Customer Joy Team.

What are your shipping options and timeframes?

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:
– Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
– Free Shipping: For orders over $50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before dispatch. During busy festive periods, we recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you tracking information so you can follow your Christmas treasures on their journey to your home.

What is your return policy?

We carefully package each item with the same care we’d use for our own family’s Christmas treasures, but occasionally accidents happen. If your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage, and we’ll make it right.
