Delivery & Shipping
Where do you deliver?
From our Tasmanian home, we deliver Christmas joy worldwide! We ship to most countries, though we’re unable to deliver to some Asian destinations and remote areas where delivery services are limited. If you have questions about your specific location, please contact our Customer Joy Team.
What are your shipping options and timeframes?
We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:
– Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
– Free Shipping: For orders over $50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before dispatch. During busy festive periods, we recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
