We ship worldwide (with some exceptions) to bring the magic of an Australian Christmas to your home.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Order processing takes 1-2 business days. We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping (A$12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over A$50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs processing. The risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be utterly delighted with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it
• All tags and documentation must be included
• You must have a Returns Authorisation number (obtained by emailing [email protected])

We cannot accept returns on:

• Christmas Cooking items (foodstuffs)
• Christmas Costumes & Clothing with broken hygiene seals
• Candles & Christmas Scents that have been used or have a broken seal
• Opened items from Games and Puzzles or Books categories
• Any personalised or made-to-order items

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs, is the property of Christmas Decor Sales Store or our suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
